Academic and Professional Career

  • 1989-91 and 1992-94: Studied Business Management at the University of Bielefeld, where he was awarded first degree
  • 1991-92: Studied at the University of Georgia and was awarded a Masters in Business Administration
  • 1998-2002: Member of the research group cc TIME under the Professor of Business Administration, Prof. Dr. Christian Scholz – specialist in organisation and personnel and information management – at the University of the Saarland. Awarded doctorate in Economics.
  • 1995-2005: Corporate consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Düsseldorf and Warsaw
  • Since 2004: Private lecturer at the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw
  • Since 2005: Professor of Management and Consulting at the FHW Berlin / BSEL
