Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department is responsible for all staff matters concerning employees of the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL). The department is also responsible for HR planning and development, and assessing HR demand.

The Human Resources Department has the following tasks:

• Office Management
• Training
• Human Resources Management (staff file, staffing schedule, allocation terms)
• HR costs estimates
• Introducing, maintaining and servicing HIS-SVA (staff administration system)
• Job appraisal
• Business trips
• Managing and allocating third-party funds, and
• Clerical services for the faculties and administration
