The unique feature of the Business Administration programme is the combination of theorybased teaching phases and on the job-training phases. The programme is run in close co-operation with partner companies.

Thanks to its cooperative study structure, the Business Administration degree is not only ideally suited to providing undergraduates with a solid foundation in business theory but also gives them broad expertise in business practice and experience in particular special areas. In theory-supported projects, students regularly learn how to implement their new knowledge in management tasks. The contractual commitment with a cooperating partner company ensures that the degree programme is compactly organised and can be completed within a relatively short period.

While programme standards are set by the academic bodies of BSEL the students receive a generous living allowance from their company. After three years of studies the students obtain their Bachelor‘s degree and are usually offered a position by their respective training company.
