Das Portrait der Hochschule für Wirtschaft Berlin in Kurzform

The Berlin School of Economics and Law

Providing the expertise for the new generation of private and public sector managers:
One of Berlin’s largest universities of applied sciences • Academic centre specialised in business and administration skills for the public and private sector, as well as public security, the law and engineering. • More than 50 programmes leading to a Bachelor, Master or MBA degree

Working under the title “Europe: Integration and/or Disintegration”, this year’s Summer School from the Institute for Cooperation with Central and Eastern European Countries in Public Reform (IMO) at the BSEL saw some informative debates amongst its international students drawn from Poland, Ukraine and Germany.

We would be hard-pressed to find a more fitting date for the German-French degree programme “International Management”, celebrated as it was on 9 May 2017: Europe Day. The Bachelor’s degree programme is followed directly by the Master's degree programme.

The degree programmes of Business and Economics taught at the BSEL have once more been awarded top marks for the level of internationality and a practical approach in the latest CHE-Ranking.

The start of March saw the arrival at the BSEL of 231 guest students from all five continents of the world. Helping them in starting their new experience are the new Buddies – BSEL students who provide advice and support during their early days at the university.
