Expressing her pleasure at the high level of participation, she praised the commitment of BSEL students.
This year’s Berlin International Summer School at the BSEL has got off to a successful start. With 139 participants from various countries, a new course is attracting particular interest: “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management in Germany.” Focussing on the start-up scene, it is of special relevance to Berlin, which attracts increasing numbers of new businesses from every corner of the world.
Berlin seeks to use its network of partner city agreements as the institutional framework within which to pursue its internationalization agenda. The BSEL has maintained one of the oldest German partnerships with a Chinese university: an agreement with the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) in Chengdu was first reached 30 years ago.
