  • 2002-2006: Research assistant at the International Real Estate Business School; doctoral studies at the European Business School, International University Schloss Reichartshausen; title of doctoral thesis: “Life-cycle costs of real estate – the influence of location, design and environment”
  • 2004-2005: Main responsibility for drafting the GEFMA (German Facility Management Association) Guideline 220: Life-cycle cost calculation in facility management – basic principles and application
  • 2006: Founded the consultancy, Pelzeter Lebenszyklus-Management
