  • If you take a stroll across the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) campus, you'll find it a very European experience. English, Spanish, French, Finnish, Russian, Bulgarian, Turkish – young people from across Europe are studying here together with their German counterparts and overseas students from all over the world.

  • The new owner of the BSEL's Friedrichshain location has terminated the rental contract with effect from 31 March 2013. As a result, the University will be moving out of the building at the Neue Bahnhofstrasse 9–17 near Ostkreuz in early March next year. Planning is already ongoing to ensure the required lecture and seminar rooms as well as offices are available in the summer semester 2013 to allow all teaching to take place as scheduled.

  • The results in one of the most exciting and demanding competitions in the Olympic Games still have to be decided. The athletes in the Women’s Modern Pentathlon will be battling it out for a medal on Sunday, 12 August. The competitors include Lena Schöneborn, a student at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) and winner of the Modern Pentathlon gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
