MBA Entrepreneurship

The MBA Entrepreneurship is a general management programme focused primarily on growth and innovation processes and the organisational structures found in the small and medium-sized business sector or in comparable larger companies. Consequently, the programme also deals with those particular management tasks that entrepreneurs face.

The main focus is on developing and implementing new ideas to improve competitiveness across all areas of an organisation, irrespective of whether the immediate aim involves introducing a new product, strategically restructuring an operating division or even an entire company.

The MBA Entrepreneurship provides a set of business methods and instruments for successful management practices designed for, firstly, the next generation of executive managers who intend to initiate and implement innovative and organisational processes in a medium-sized sector company and, secondly, owner-entrepreneurs either starting a company or planning to introduce and establish growth and professionalisation processes.
