- Applicants from EU countries or the European Economic Area, i.e. from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway;
- German nationals with a university entrance qualification from abroad without official German public authority recognition that their qualification is equivalent to the German university entrance qualification. This applies equally if you are already registered as a student in Germany (for example, if you are changing subject/discipline or university).
If one of these criteria apply to you, please send your completed application (see link on the application form for international student applicants) to ASSIST at the following address:

Once your application passes the ASSIST system check, it will be transferred to the BSEL for further processing. The decision on whether you will be admitted to a course of study rests with the Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) .
Fees
In general, ASSIST charges applicants € 68 for one application or the first of several applications. Applicants from EU countries are charged € 43.
There is a fee of € 15 due for every additional application for another university.
