Department 3: Public Administration

The Department of Public Administration offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes with different educational profiles. In addition to Administrative Science, important competencies in the fields of law and management are taught.

The course of study primarily prepares students for careers in public administration institutions in the state of Berlin and in other federal states. Graduates are also employed in federal and European Union agencies, as well as in other areas within the public and private sectors.

Currently, the department offers these Bachelor's and Master's programmes with different training profiles:

  • Public and Nonprofit Management (B.A.)
  • Law (Ius) (LL.B.)
  • Nonprofit‐Management and Public Governance (M.A.)
