Human Resources

The Human Resources Department at the HWR Berlin deals with staffing matters relating to all University staff. Other tasks include staff planning and development and assessment of staffing demand.

It also looks after the following areas of activity:

  • office management,
  • advanced training,
  • staff statistics,
  • human resources (post file, list of posts, spending framework),
  • personnel expenditure projections,
  • Custody and Guardianship and maintenance of HIS-SVA,
  • introduction, Custody and Guardianship and maintenance of HIS-SVA,
  • job evaluations,
  • Custody and Guardianship of job postings, including application process
  • business trips,
  • external funding management and instructions
  • paperwork for the academic divisions and Administration and
  • occupational health management.
