Project Office for Administration Reform
The Project Office for Administration Reform is mainly responsible for process optimisation at the Central University Administration. The project office envisages itself as a point of contact and consultant for administration-related organisational units that are looking to adapt their processes and organisation. The project office is developing a process portal, where the University’s entire process knowledge may be gathered.
