Degree programme

The importance of the Real Estate industry is matched only by its diversity. Accounting for 20 per cent of national income – more than the automobile and machine construction sectors combined – it is of central importance to the world economy. The cooperative studies degree programme Business Administration/Real Estate Management culminating in the international- ly-recognized Bachelor of Arts degree qualification seeks to cater to the needs of this core area of economic activity.

In addition to an introduction to Business Administration, this course gives a structured insight into all areas of the Real Estate Management, with a focus on a selection of issues. The programme seeks to prepare its graduates for the increasing demands placed upon its recruits and equip them to perform demanding management roles in the Real Estate branch.

Placing especial focus on the management aspects of Real Estate Invest- ment and Financing, Real Estate Invoicing and Valuation, Real Estate Market- ing, Town Planning and Project Development, the degree programme also gives an overview of the whole branch through examining strategic aspects such as portfolio management and Corporate and Public Real Estate Management.

The cooperative structure of the degree programme guarantees the optimal balance between theoretical understanding and practical experi- ence, improving understanding of specific issues and their context.
