Consulting for Dynamic Innovation
How do companies keep reinventing themselves? This course shows how organizations stay ahead in fast-moving markets by turning ideas into new products, services, and business models. You will learn how dynamic capabilities—the ability to adapt, experiment, and learn—drive innovation, and how innovation ecosystems of start-ups, corporations, universities, and investors shape breakthrough change. The focus will be to uncover the often-overlooked role of consultants as connectors who help entire networks innovate and grow.
You will gain first-hand insights into the world of management consulting as well as state-of-the art knowledge on how to nurture ecosystem innovation. On-site visits to innovation spaces and a real client challenge will be part of the unique immersive experience.

The programme was a fantastic experience to gain hands-on exposure to consulting practices and present our ideas directly to industry leaders, sharpening my skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and professional communication.
