The seminars are enriched by the diversity of our students, who bring different professional experience and backgrounds. Interdisciplinary approaches to problem-solving are explored, while cross-sector and interdepartmental thinking is fostered.
The programme stands out for its interactive and practice-oriented teaching style. Real-life business challenges and the extensive professional experience of participants are actively integrated into classroom discussions. All lecturers bring leadership experience and are recognised experts in their fields.

Professional field
The Berlin MBA qualifies graduates with professional experience for international, cross-sector leadership or consultancy roles. Regardless of whether you want to expand your current leadership role, assume management tasks within your company in future or completely change the direction of your professional career, our management training will open up new career and promotion opportunities.
Upon completion of the programme, students will have gained or deepened their knowledge, understanding, and practical abilities in general management and core business disciplines. They will have developed critical reflection and leadership competencies.
Leadership is understood as taking conscious personal, entrepreneurial, and societal responsibility in a global context – whether as managers or consultants in international companies or organisations.
