How to apply with a German university entrance qualification
All applications for a place on a cooperative studies degree programme are to be sent to the relevant training partner. Please comply with the following deadlines and procedural guidelines. A separate or parallel application to the HWR Berlin for a place on the Public Administration Informatics cooperative studies degree programme is neither possible nor required. The 40 places on the degree programme awarded per year are divided between the State of Berlin, the Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bund and other partners.
A university entrance qualification, an entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or a subject-specific university entrance qualification in accordance with § 11 BerlHG
A contract with one of our training partners to provide training under the aegis of the Public Administration Informatics cooperative studies degree programme taught at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
Registration of the applicant by the training partner with the Department of Public Administration for a place on the degree programme.
Decisions pertaining to fulfilment of the admissions requirements and admission to the degree programme in accordance with Berliner Hochschulgesetz are reserved for the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.

How to apply without a German university entrance qualification
If you do not have German educational credentials or would like to apply through the assessment exam, please contact the respective training partners.
