Prof. Dr. Antje Mertens hat an der TU Berlin und der University of Sussex studiert, an der Humboldtuniversität zu Berlin promoviert und habilitiert und mehrere Jahre am Max-Plack-Institut für Bildungsforschung gearbeitet. Sie ist seit dem Jahr 2005 an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht und Mitglied des Harriet-Taylor-Mills Instituts.
